Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Bulky Items
Shipping on orders containing the following products will be charged at the Bulky Item rate:
* Gliders (Paragliders, PPG Wings, Speed Wings)
* Harnesses (some exclusions apply)
* Helmets
International Shipping
Shipping is available to New Zealand customers for orders placed online. For all other countries please contact us for shipping availability and rates.
Additional import tariffs, fees or taxes may be applied when your shipment arrives in your country.
Planet Paragliding are not responsible for any additional import related fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. In most cases orders are processed the same or next day depending on the time of your order.
Orders with express shipping are processed same or next day depending on the time of the order.
Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Details of expected delivery dates and order tracking can be found via their website at https://auspost.com.au/.
Australia Post use the EMS network for international shipping.
Alternate carriers can be arranged on request prior to placing your order. Please contact us at fly@planetparagliding.com.au if a specific carrier is preferred.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Collect in Person
Shipping charges are not payable if you wish to collect your order from us in person. We can also help to explain the gear to you and to fit you to your new harness (if applicable), and answer any questions you may have.
