Based at Beechmont in the Gold Coast hinterland near the world famous beechmont launch, we have been flying paragliders for 25+ years the world over.  Planet Paragliding is run by Gavin Zahner and Alex Bryse with a strong history of competition flying and mountain adventure trips we have a comprehensive experience of the requirements to achieve your flying goals. 

Our Paraglider service centre will maintain and service your equipment to keep it flying to it's maximum safety and potential.  We are endorsed by major manufacturers to service wings and are well practiced in the art of line trimming all makes of gliders and packing all types of reserves.  We maintain the most up to date testing equipment and apparatus and as we service equipment full time we continually progress our testing and service techniques.

We are core importers and distributors of Ozone, Flow and also Woody Valley, Neo, Charly and High Adventure.  We stock a huge range of gliders, harnesses, instruments and accessories with most available for test flights.  We have demo gliders in select sizes of select models.  We also have all harnesses we sell in stock and every main instrument brand in stock.  so drop into the shop (by appointment) and test out the biggest range of flight instruments in Australia, test hang harnesses and take a glider for a demo flight.  We aim to be your one stop paragliding shop with attentive service and next day delivery.

Gavin has been flying paragliders for 25 years with a history of climbing and mountaineering and generally playing in the mountains.  With a over 20 years of competition flying and a passion for vol biv flying in big mountains.

Alex has been flying since 2004 with a long history in skydiving.  She is a specialist in flying extra small gliders and is a qualified parachute packer.
