Refund policy
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- special order items including all items that are built to order, such as gliders not in shelf stock.
- Item was purchased using PayPal and a PayPal merchant fee greater than $5 has been charged to us
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment. Deposits on special order items including gliders are not refundable
If your payment was made using PayPal, the amount refunded to you may be reduced by the amount of the PayPal merchant fee that is charged to us. This fee is typically 2.9% plus 30c for Australian transactions and 3.9% plus a fixed fee for payments from countries outside of Australia. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and to have an exchanged product sent to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
