Tandem Paraglide- Mountain Glide

Tandem paraglide experience flight.  7-10min high glide.

This flight option is generally morning flights, in smooth air from one of the hinterland launch sites around Canungra.  One of our team of experienced tandem instructor pilots will meet you at the launch or landing site and organise transport for you.  

We recommend to wear long pants, running shoes and a light long sleeve top or jumper and sunglasses too.  The harness has pockets for your phone and personal belongings.

If you want to add some stunning footage from your flight you can add our optional ($30) video package.  This will give you a full 360° video file of the entire flight, with smooth stabilised footage from out specialised film rig which gives a remote view angle.  If you take this option please ensure you download the 'Insta360' app onto you phone before you arrive.  4G signal can be thin in some of our remote flying areas.

Our tandem pilots have over 25 years of flying experience each, over 100 years between them and an equally impressive safety record.  They are all instructors and have all flown and competed internationally.  This is the most experienced pilot crew in Australia and have been flying these SEQ sites for several decades.  We work in conjunction with local Canungra flight schools Paragliding Queensland and Paratech, so if you want progress into the sport of paragliding yourself contact either of these schools for top level instruction to your flight license.

We will contact you to organise dates and times that suit you and suit the weather.  Be advised that paragliding is a very weather dependant sport so we monitor and follow the weather closely.
